Bad moving experience

Totally disappointed with the level of service. I used them to transfer goods from Jhb to Cape Town with specific instruction of when I'll be there to receive the goods. They failed to deliver on time stating vehicle breakdown. The quotation supp**** ( as per my requirement ) was incorrect ( their fault ) an an additional charge levied. They do not take ownership of their fault and management cannot be contacted. Would be extremely careful of using them.
