Avoid JHB Removals at all costs.
Absolutely terrible service. They arrived five hours late on the day we agreed, didn't complete what they had to because of this and then charged me for another day. We had to personally assist with packing and loading. Manager (Enoch) disappeared for the day to a coffee shop and we had to go and fetch him. Head office promised to come back to us with a resolution but we have heard nothing from them in two weeks. Avoid at all costs.

We have been in constant Communication with you and Nadene, We have also communicated to you for our Apology for being late and have explained to you the situation of the additional charges, which in actual fact were additional volume and extra labour due to restricted access, not for an additional day. As you can recall on 2 February we have explained the situation of Additional volume and restricted access this was also sent per email where we have asked that we could reimburse you for the late hours.
