Andrew’s disgusting service and damages.

Absolutely disgusting service!

First off the owner Andrew is extremely rude, I have a newborn baby and after we had paid our deposit and promised the truck would arrive at 3pm we were told it would only arrive after 10pm. We had no where to sleep it was already 5pm everyone was closed as I called and asked if he could assist in anyway I was told I should have read the contract properly and we were a last minute customer (this obviously makes us worthless to him) and that he also has a newborn. I threatened to put him on hello peter and he threatened me by throwing the court of law in my face and that all calls are recorded ( in this case I’d like to request that call to use in court)

On arrival to Jhb from Durban our items were completely damaged. All brand new furniture as we moved into our own home 6 months ago. The couch was torn, bed torn, side tables leg snapped, the feet from the bed were missing, the feet for the couch was snapped off. We phoned and explained things were broken and Andrew threatened to take us to court which we are MORE than happy to do! His workers are wonderful and easy to speak to, Bongani is a pleasure to deal with and is very understanding however Andrew is a completely rude and has no concern for his customers once he has been paid.
