A pleasure to deal with start to end

I was moving my mom to a semi-retirement place so I did my due diligence to ensure we had no hiccups. I was impressed with what was said about JHB Removals. And the positive comments about Robyn were spot on. From the first enquiry until after the move Robyn was super helpful, checked in on us and made it an easy move.

Michael contacted us on the morning of the move to check in. The team that we were provided with - Nico, Dumisani, MK and Lucky were absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, even making suggestions to us that would make more work for themselves, but they wanted to do it right. Boxes they felt we hadn't sealed properly, they re-taped without asking. Their packing of the truck was really impressive too while taking special care of my moms things. They asked to have water or to use the bathroom, we said they don't have to ask again and to help themselves, but the courtesy was appreciated.

Super grateful to you guys for making the move a breeze. Thank you!!! I hope to never move again but if any of us do, we will use you guys, 100%!!
