A good deed
Although I have given a good review of this company I would like to add that we found a box of soft goods missing. No insurance was taken however, Johannesburg removals made good and forwarded a sum of money to cover the small missing box. So, Johannesburg removals have scored another star - thankyou

02 Feb 2021, 08:57Hi Jhb removals. Now we have unpacked everything which was not possible at the time due to premises size restrictions, we have now found a lot of goods miscellaneous goods missing. Probably delivered to another person as they repack your goods in another truck. Jhb removals used a company, namely, Key Removals in our case. They managed to squash all or most our cartons, damaged a refrigerator, lost a couple of cartons completely and we now we realize there are many missing items. They partially admitted some theft of a drill and paid R1000 towards any missing items. However it was more like R7500 (replacement cost) of missing goods. If you use them, make sure you are well insured, we did not.
