poor customer service
Very bad service. Very quick to your deposit and money. workers are always a no show. Owner, JB, has a daily excuse for not coming to work and for not getting project done. JB has no sense of customer service. please do not use them.

Herewith please find our humblest appologies for the delay we had. We only have 50% of our staff of which our installer broke his hand, therefor the delay. However he is back at work and has returned to site yesterday.
