JHB Furniture Removals - shocking service

The quote I received was very reasonable. The sub-contractors, I-Move, that arrived to do my move were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately what I had requested to be moved as per the agreed inventory, could not be moved due to lack of manpower and knowledge. Every attempt I made to contact Yolande telephonically was met with a cell phone answering service. At no stage did she or anyone else answer my calls. The subcontractor I-Move then wanted to charge me double to move the final pieces. This company has no customer service ethic and no trucks.
