Worst damage of furniture from Centurion to Mosselbay

I received my property goods broken and damaged. My Thule and Weber is so badly damaged that I won't be able to use it again. In the boxes I had transported, were wine glasses on the one side of the box these were broken. In another box at the bottom two plates were broken. Third box - 2 very unique (antique) ornaments my mom gave me were crashed. My desk chair was received back with a big hole in the leather. The desk top had not even delivered with the other furniture. I have to check the rest of my boxes and still have to discover the damage that might be awaiting in the unpacked boxes. Sad to say JH Retief didn't deliver my furniture in the same state as they loaded my furniture. I was assured before the transportation took place that there was insurance on all of my property items that were to be transported. After the disappointing encounter with the state my property was delivered in, suddenly the insurance that was assured to me by JH Retief- didn't cover "accidental damage". I was not advised of this at all and no paperwork had been sent to me of what is and isn't covered. JH Retief should review this matter and have it rectified.
