utterly disgusting service

We relocated from Kzn to Cape Town in November 2014 as our family have used Jh Retief for over 25 years we decided to use them once again well never ever again. Firstly when our goods/furniture was fetched the person in charge was extremely rude but our things were removed and packed into the van with care. Our things were then placed into storage for nearly a year as we had to stil purchase a house. We then had our things delivered to our new home now in the beginning of Oct 2015 but to our disgrace when those storage crates were opened it was packed like I dunno what boxes just shoved in heavy things on top of light things boxes dented in. Our van which was not in with our belongings was brought to us 2 hours later it was in their own storage room. While unpacking our things we discovered many a broken and damaged items and our TV was also damaged beyond repair these things could of been avoided if our things were packed into storage with care. Our catch for our lawnmower is also missing but they can't help us. After lots of emails and fone calls we have not been helped I have now had to claim from my own insurance and caused myself to lose my no claim bonus. Disgusting Service
