Theft and no response from company

I have been born in Bellville in 1970 and since then the JH Retief brand has been part of my life as the company I thought of when looking to move, no matter where I lived in the country. This was again the case at the end of October when I moved from Melkbos to Stellenbosch. Apart from the fact that the allocated team to off-load was inadequate, resulting in me having to play just as a physical part of the off-loading process as any member of that team the "foreman" of the team was wanting and visibly hung-over. He slept in the cab of the truck mostly, leaving me to oversee the activity and having to help move heavy and delicate articles of furniture up the stairs. The lack of oversight also led to articles being ****** by your team. The ****** articles include a grey KWAY puffer jacket and all my wife's necklaces that were in her cupboard with her clothes that we were going to move ourselves that evening.

Unfortunately, I will not use or recommend JH Retief anymore after 50 years
