Poor service most disappointed

Hi, I can't believe the poor services I received from JH retief furniture removals. From pick up to drop off it was poor. They had poor communication the pick up was rushed. My goods,furniture and other belongings were damaged due to truck leak they say. I reported my dissatisfaction and still up and till now my complaint has still not addressed
