POOR SERVICE DELIVERY BY J H RETIEF TRANSPORT BK/CC

I have contracted J H Retief Transport to transport my household furniture from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth during August 2018. What a fiasco! Many articles were damaged beyond repair, some went completely missing. I contacted their representative Gerard Lu**** on numerous times to explain and to determine what happened to my household articles. Although Mr Lu**** promised to look into the matter, no feedback or assistance whatever was received. Some articles that went missing are heirlooms and irreplaceable. My loss is calculated at R35 000 and I am considering civil action (with costs) to keep them responsible and accountable.
