Poor service by JH Retief Transport

In November 2018, JH Retief Transport moved all my furniture from Pretoria down to the Cape. Some furniture was damaged but could be fixed. This is understandable. However, one box with very expensive alcohol that was numbered was loaded in Pretoria but did not arrive in the Cape. It was probably ****** by the crew that drove or packed the truck. When I raised this as a concern with the Sales representative, Mr Gerhard Lu**** I was told that if I thought that the box had been ****** then I should open a case at the police station against the crew of the truck. If ever there was a case of the Company not taking responsibility and trying to pass the buck, never mind shocking client service, then this treatment is a prime example.
