Poor packing and delivery

My fourth time I used JHR. I should have stopped at nr2 as I promised myself. Not a pleasant experience. Boxes were poorly marked at packing. Marked boxes were not off-loaded to the right rooms. A total nightmare to sort 92 boxes out to the right room in a double storey house. Lots of broken stuff even though packing paper were used in excess. I paid way too much for a job I have to do myself.
