Poor courier service from J& T Transport

My reason for their poor , dismal scoring , revolves around 2 things. 1: a Complete Lack of communication when one of their drivers had an accident : no one From the company bothered to let Anybody know of said accident : We thereofre sat from Wednesday2 December , waiting in Vain for a parcel that owuld never arrive . 2: Upon finding out : the driver was unable to be reached: he'd simply turned his phone off , and was unavailable to be diverted . The driver leaves From George , for deliveries, minus ANy schedule.The Irony of it all is: he arrived on Time ,at 9 am : and subsequently Failed to read the waybill , and left without delivering the package. The client is absolutely Furious : i am left minus a package , and with no means of reaching the company on *** : I am up a creek without a Paddle. No one can give me ANY idea where the package is , Who the driver is , what his schedule weas for today, or when it will be delivered . How on earth can a courier company, run on practice like This ??
