Jh Retief Transport

I contracted JH Retief to move house contents about 5km. When unpacking boxes found that many items did not get delivered. Since then, 4.5 months, I have been fobbed off, broken promises etc. What they propose as ex gracia payment rediculous. Don't touch them.
