Horrible service and extremely poor interaction with customers!

<p>This company moved mine along with 2 other housemates' furniture from Durban to Cape Town. Due to the narrow street, they had to hire an exrra shuttle to transport our belongings to the truck itself. They arrived on the incorrect day to pick up 3 peoples unpacked furniture (only one person was scheduled) and forgot multiple pieces of furniture, which they had to be called back to pack up (as was paid for) and retrieve.</p> <p> </p> <p>They called for extra payment from all three clients, of which I paid my share. Due to the other clients not paying, they sent me multiple rude emails and threatened me with legal action if I did not pay the amount of all 3 clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did not sign any contract nor receive any invoice prior to the move for this extra payment, nor was it communicated that it was to be added to my account, but I was threatened nonetheless. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have never received such poor service nor been treated as such as a customer. Do not use this company!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
