Goods missing, double charged vs. quote - DON'T USE THEM

What a nightmare! Firstly after they quoted and did the packing for relocation - took our stuff and we had to store everything. I had to pay another R12k just for 'additonal' packing, they came out personally for the quote, it was done over an inventory list or email. They came out. I was also then told transport will be another R12k

Lockdown came and everything was delayed with our property transfer. Finally last week we could get our things delivered and we are missing furniture and boxes. They aren't responding to mails and now we have a bed-set we can't use, books and personal items gone! Broken furniture. Don't use JH Retief, you'll be sorry in the end
