FORGOTTEN ITEM NOT PACKED

Packing and transporting went well, with nothing broken between Johannesburg and Cape Town. However they forgot to take a patio table and four of the six chairs so I asked if they could include it in another consignment to Cape Town. I knew they were doing plenty of these as they guys said they'd one day off then doing it again. My container had part of someone else's load in it, as they had to off load this first then put it back once my load was off loaded, but after several reminders and no returning of calls, I was told that they would be busy until mid December. Sorry for them, as I have another full container to be taken to Cape Town in January, but it won't be using this company. They just don't go the extra mile.
