Damage to antique furniture

During 2016 I moved from Pretoria to Cape Town. My furniture was stored for about 6 months. When my furniture was delivered to my house in the Wellington, I've noticed severe damage to my furniture. I contacted JH Retief, Mr Stoney Steenkamp who visited my house and undertook to attend to my complaint. Some of the items were repaired by myself but after 9 months some items are still outstanding with no reply to emails, phone calls or Sms. This company do not care about their customers or their assets and some damage like holes in my leather coach was very shocking. Please make sure if they quote low that you get the service you want otherwise select reputable transporters
