Bad\Poor Customer service

They moved my furniture to Stellenbosch. My fridge and freezer full of dents, although it was packed by them, damaged to the drawer unit in bedroom, also packed by them 2 Boxes are missing, my kitchen dustbin damaged. I paid for additional insurance. This was in Feb 2020. The sales person's last response was that I was passed on to his manager. I have heard nothing since then, even after I followed up. I even emailed their office in CPT, with zero response. They are quick to do the deal, now they are not interested to try and resolve my issues
