Bad bad service.

To write this review I had to give a rating. 1 star which they don't deserve. I have read some of the reviews and it is as-if I wrote them. All the same story. 1)Arrogant and rude staff with no respect for my belongings nor a sense of worth. Complaining about the hard work and lack of food. Made us feel guilty for the packing they had to do for which they get paid for. My husband bought them food for more than R 450 and not even a thank you. 2)Damaged Goods: Both our fridges were damaged of which one was brand new. Dented that can not be fixed. Microwave oven ,major appliances all dented although it was wrapped.Queen bed cover torn. Wood furniture scratched. Lantern and ceramic basin broken.List goes on. 3)Goods ******: Whiskey 1 full liter bottle, ornaments, big angle grinder, drill 4) Rough handling of boxes I packed myself and marked- handle with care. Don’t care attitude. Stuff broken and missing. 5)After we were able to unpack everything and wanted to put in a claim for at least the ****** goods, the company was cold hearted and didn’t care. Claims must be made in the first 7 days was the straight answer. We are retired with physical challenges. There is no way that we could unpack our goods in 7 days. No empathy. This move cost us a fortune with lots of loss and heartache Please spare yourself from the traumatic experience we had with this company moving us from Pretoria to Langebaan in December 2020. I hope this review can at least spare some families the bad experience and loss we experienced. It seems to me this company will not change their ways as the same complaints were published on this site since 2017. They don't listen to complaints nor do they use that as messure to better their services and client experience.
