almost 4 months no progress

I have used the transport company in January 2015 to relocate from Gauteng to Western Cape. In the process my furniture got damage. I reported all within 7 days . 6 May it will be 4 months and the problem is not solved. If I don't pone them they don't phone you, passing the bucket every week, no the file is here then the file is there, we will contact you waiting for insurance company..... offering me R 5000 for damage of more than R 12000. 00. If asked to speak to higher authority I was told that I need to be patient they are in the process of dealing with it. Today I spoke to higher authority was called back just to be informed it's almost long weekend and they will contact me next week. Very unprofessional, not willing to assist and get this done and dusted. Will Never recommend this company to any one.
