Box for generator

I bought a box from the company, when it arrived I questioned the design and sound proofing thereof, whilst Michael was present, he indicated that they did over 1000 of units and it was approved by the manufacture, the box was not properly secured and not the correct sound damping/proofing material was used. There were holes and not enough air being push and sucked out . When the power went off the generator came on, thick black smoke started to spew out and the generator was struggling and I immediately switched it off. I immediately called the generator supplier who came out and was fuming as to the poor workmanship and the incorrect equipment used. I would have lost the warranty and guarantee of the unit due to the incompetence of JH Generator Silencer. The owner of JH Generator Silencer was rude and evasive and promised to pay me back R4000 and to date they are always coming with excuses to collect the box and refund my money.
