Seriously unhappy with JGK Glass and aluminium

Fabion the owner took a R4000 rand deposit on a shower installation in May 2019. To date no installation. He has promised to pay me my money back, and then never does. I am in the process of going the legal route, but my advise is do not deal with this **** and cheat. I have many SMS's where he has said he would either do the installation, or pay back the money. When I call him on my cell he ignores my call. A minute later I will call him on a friends phone and he will pick up.
