Poor Customer Service

In the year of 2020 I phoned a business located in krugersdorp West Rand to fix a compressor on my fridge by the name of JGD Projects.2020/06/21 he brought back my fridge which was working again and the compressor replaced.2021/03/25 My fridge broke again whereby the result was faulty compressor.Eversince i phoned him and spoke to him whereby he has alot of excuses as to why he cannot come out to my premises and fix the fridge.It has to come to a stage he does not even answer my phone calls.In my opinion this is bad customer service,how do u want to have a business and only service clients as you please.I would strongly recommend people not to make use of this business they are situated in krugersdorp Viljoen street.
