Gerhard Louw contact me on the 14 th December 2018, he ask me to loan him R 4500.00, his truck broke, he promised to pay me back the money the same day, next morning i send a sms to request my payment, he said he is waiting for the money to show in his bank account,as soon as he has the money he will transfer the amount, this was on the 15 December 2018, since then or he ignore my calls , emails and sms'es, every time he has a new promise. Gerhard Louw has his own trucks and is a broker to arrange loads for other transporters.
