Turn around strategy😉
After a bad experience I dealth with Derrick who was extremely professional and courteous. When in business one should always persevere to see the human side of a situation and he was humble enough to see the issue for what it was. So JG going forward ensure that your " front of house" or employees are people orientated and know how to handle situations and not be on defense mode constantly. Thanks Derrick.
