Really bad after sales services

I'm so over this Cape Town branch. When u go buy your equipment your money is good enough but when help is needed they never avaliable. And it's not all of them but I guess it's the people that knows you need their help and that knows they can assist you. 2 months after I bought equipment I needed help and emailed the guy for help, up till today almost 4 months later no reply. I phone around and search for help and everyone says Iist go back to JG, but how do u when they don't want to help u? I phone and leave msgs but he never gets back to u.. so what am I to do? I won't get any of my money back spent there so what now?
