Promised merchandise not in stock

Contact with Charl Ferreira was made via e-mail requesting a demonstration of the 25mm button press machine and a Pro-forma invoice as it is for a school. Charl could not do the demonstration in Witbank where the school is situated so we drove to Randburg. Charl promised that they will have the 25mm in stock and performed the demonstration with the bigger button press. We bought the press but JG Electronics does not release stock without the payment showing in their account, a special clearance was done by the school which showed immediately according to the school. After waiting for two hours with no assistance and Charl dissapearing, the manager of JG Electronics called us in to let us know that they do not have the press in stock and do not know whether they will have it in stock again. We left empty handed, although they did promise to refund the R6400. Charl was aware that we were driving from Witbank two weeks in advance, surely he could of taken the time to check their stock.
