Poor Service

Customer service is nonexistent! They do not know the meaning of the word. I tried for 3 day to get in contact with someone to organize a demo in their Randburg branch. Each time I got a generic response, they did not even read the query. Tried to contact them via email, call, whatsapp and FB. NADA!

When buying equipment that needs to be serviced you need someone who is reliable and contactable. Don't waste you time with JGE! Buy from someone else.
