Poor customer service no communication

J G Electronics have very good marketing strategies but very poor customer services. I have tried contacting them numerous times and there has never been any response. I also wrote a comment on their Facebook page about poor response, but my comment has been deleted. Buying from them means you risking your money spent because if they can not respond but delete messages,means they lack customer service and also you may not receive any aftercare service
