My parcel was damaged when I received it
First time ordering from u guys, I was so impressed with the delivery time, it was delivered on time, but i was not happy with my parcel at all because I found out that 5 mugs out of the 36 mugs I ordered were broken, will I get a replacement from JG electronics or is it my loss, I have sent an email, but no response yet....

20 Dec 2025, 08:12Good Day Timi. Unfortunately when making use of couriers parcels sometimes do get damaged in transit. I noticed you did make use of our courier, so in this case we will replace or credit the mugs for you. We are however closing today and only re-open on 6 Jan 2026. Please mail *** with your invoice number and photos of the broken mugs, she will be in touch as soon as we open to assist.
