JG Electronics - good customer services

We somehow received a demo model of the silhouette cameo 4 pro which was missing the blade and had already been registered when we tried to register. Unfortunately there was no stock of the same machine but we were given the option of a full refund or 10% discount on the demo model plus receive the missing part, and various other options to rectify the issue. We agreed on the smaller machine and a heat press in place of the larger machine. I am so satisfied with the time that was spent discussing the various options with me, the advice that was given, the promptness in sending the new equipment, the quality of the equipment etc. The price of the heat press is a bit higher than some shops but the warranty is double the period. I just feel like a happy and satisfied customer and wanted to share that.
