JG Electronics Failure
My wife has been struggling for a little over a month to get in touch with them. Ignoring the fact that she was charged for items she didn't receive, charged for training which they have not given or gotten back to her regarding the matter. Zero email response and phoning seems to be pointless as there is no answer.
A lot of money was spent, but it seems that JG Electronics much like everyone else nowadays do not care because they got their money.

My wife has been struggling for a little over a month to get in touch with you. Ignoring the fact that she was charged for items she didn't receive, training was included in the package which you have not given or gotten back to her regarding the matter either until today only AFTER the review was posted. Lets not forget as per the telephonic discussion, my wife received a call on the 9th of January 2023 about the training, to which she got a reply on a date on the 30th of January 2023. Is it normal to take 21 days for a response? Judging by the google reviews people seem to have experienced similar problems. Zero email response and phoning seems to be pointless as there is connection problems, static or calls dropping. Which was discussed telephonically as well.
So yes, JG Electronics got back only after a negative review requesting a change/update on my existing review. So I updated the review for you on google, keep in mind hellopeter does not allow reviews to be updated.
My problem is why did it have to come THIS far before anything was done about our issue? Don't get me wrong, I'm happy you got back to us, but only AFTER the review was posted. Rating will remain 1. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.
