JG Electronics experience and Charmaine Kleynhans

I had a pleasant experience with JG Electronics, minor bugs with the website but purchasing items was a mostly smooth experience, I had some questions I wished to ask and decided to get into contact via JG Electronics Whatsapp, had some issues there with back and forth communication but luckily I was appointed with Charmaine Kleynhans through email who I believe was my sales consultant. She explained things to me, answerd my questions, showed me professionalism and respect and also rep**** very consistently to my emails which is something I really appreciated. I don't think I would have been able to fully complete the purchase without her as this was the first time I bought something from JG Electronics, she really was helpful and has made it easier for me the next time I'll be purchasing something since iam now more fami**** with the process. I look forward to working with her again aswell as JG Electronics.
