Normally 110% satisfied and the ladies are very friendly and sufficient. With my last order I was greatly disappointed - I placed my order and paid, making payment Immediately Available. However, my order only left the store 4 days later, which cost me money. I ordered gifts for a stork party, and had to replace it with more expensive objects. I also had to give customer more expensive mugs, for the price of the cheaper ones they ordered. I trust this will not happen again
