Fantastic service

I purchased a box of mugs from them. When I received it there was 6 mugs broken in the box. I contacted them and asked what they will do about it. They said since I used their courier service they take all the risk for the shipment and replaced it for me at their expense. No hassles no fuzz. I wish all my suppliers was this efficient.
