Poor finishing, make me wonder if we are safe

Poor finishing. The tiles are a waste case scenario, chipping off really quickly. It’s as if the person who was responsible for installing floor tiles was still learning. Had I have known , I would not have taken the full package. Some people in our area already have cracked walls, leaking pipes, and ceiling falling and my concern right now is one cannot fully asses the house to the core, some issues will arise in the future. The company does not take concern seriously.
