21 day new house falling apart

Below poor quality home for the price charged for the house. Poor materials uses throughout finishes. I have only occupied the house for 21 days but the roof is lifting g off,holes in the tiles, leaking taps shower. Stained baths n toilets. Last night the ceiling in one room fell over my bed.
