JFM Electrical - total ripoff

I got this company in to find my electrical problem that keeps on tripping my trip switch. Before they did some work, they requested a payment of R4 000 for parts, that was eventually not used on my premises for my problem. Then they requested an payment of R5 800 for work done. My power is still tripping and they do not answer their whatsup number, only means of communication. Apart from that they swopped their cheap broken ladder for my expensive extension ladder. After communication with them when I noticed it, they acknowledged that they took it and has not returned it yet more than a week later. This is poor service and a *******.
