BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE !!!

JFG PROJECTS manufacture Gates/Fencing/Garage Doors and advertises on GUMTREE ,<br> TYRONE / FAZLIN<br> Contact ***/***<br> REG ***<br> [URL Removed]<br> ***,za<br> <br> I purchased a sliding gate in Dec 2014 @ , after 4 months the Motor started giving us problem , then the Wooden panels started coming lose on the gate , after numerous messages/ emails and phone calls to Tyrone and Fazlin we have still waiting for them to fix. we cannot use you gate at moment and its has become a huge problem to lock. After 8 months now we still waiting , I contacted Fazlin several occasion, and they keep promising that they will come .....<br> <br> There AFTER SALES Services and REPAIR is extremely BAD , and I WILL never recommend you USE them in Future .The constant promises and NO Delivery is Pure Sign that this small business don't care about service and customers once they receive their payment.<br> <br> It is SAD that we have to resolve to posting here , but if there is NO solution from them , it speaks Volume on their PROFESSIONALISM!!<br>
