Jenna is unprofessional and doesn't deliver

Even as 'friends', this was the worst service i have ever recieved. She has no integrity and does not deliver on her promises. Her personal life is more important to her than her customers or business. I had to constantly run after her on the status of my photos, of which my messages were ignored. When she did get back to me it would be with attitude, she would delay once again and blame it on personal issues. After 2 months and numerous ignored messages she finally gets back to me and says that she thinks she has given me enough photos- this is the 16 I got after running after her- which are mostly silhouettes, so my fiance and I can't even be seen. It was a maternity shoot and it is precious memories that I will never be able to look back on now. I even asked for the unedited photos just so that I would have them, but to no avail. I am disgusted in her treatment of me as well as her completely unprofessional behaviour! A complaint was made on her FB page about this, which she promptly removed along with the option to review her. She actually had apologised for her behaviour and offered a makeup newborn shoot, but continued to ignore my queries thereafter. She can't be trusted!
