Poor service and back up from Jex and Jonathan.

Reasonable installation done, they did come back and fix some glaring issues (Safety related), however after sales service and honoring of warranty practicality non existent.

Jonathan just hides away and never returns calls, poor poor form dude, the rest just bleat hollow promises and never actually follow up.

If you want a peace of mind system people, definitely look elsewhere, many better companies exist.
