Poor Service

I am very frustrated with the Jews and gems brand on a whole. I purchased a tennis bracelet from them less than a year ago but have had endless problems with the item. I have sent it in numerous times in for repair and they will not take responsibility and proper methods to fix the item. I am waiting for over a month for the item to either be fixed or replaced but there seems to be no interest from head office whatsoever. I am tired of the excuse that the damage could be to heavy duty work when I do not even wear the bracelet all the time and I work at a DESK how is that heavy duty work.
