poor workmanship

we sent a ring in for repairs, as they diamond came out, when we went to collect the diamond was not set straight. them it took them another 4 days to fix that, when we go to collect now, there are chips and a rough finish.<br> the owners tells us its a perfect rebuild!!! his attitude was bad and workmanship, well there is now, no attention to detail.
