Unprofessional and poor service

I bought my wife ring at Jrc it broke and it wasn’t even a year old. I took it back for repairs at Jrc. My ring that holds my diamond then went missing at the Jrc. An exemployee that was in charge of my ring contacted me stating the ring was missing and the company is blaming her. The business never made contact with me once regards this matter even after contacting them which I feel like is extremely unprofessional.
