Horrible Company!!

So I had a Insurance Claim (OUTsurance) and JRC is OUTsurance no1 Jewellery replacement contract on there pannel.

Long story short, my ring was a custom made ring witch they had to redesign and replace as per the claim. I have send them at least 5 pictures of the ring.

After a long back and forth, designing the ring, made the ring after I specifically told them the design is wrong I send the ring back. They still could not design the ring as it was originally.

After 2 and a half months it took them I still sit without a ring and now have OUTsurance has to pay me out and I need to find another place to make the ring.

I would NOT recommend them at all, very poor service and can’t design a simple ring at all. I am so furious but that is the service I got.
