The jewellery design company

<p>Myself and my mom decided to go to the Glen shopping centre for a bit of shopping, while walking around I wanted to pop into lovisa and my mom said she wanted to look in galaxy and co jewellers window. After I had finished in lovisa I began walking to meet my mom, she was inside the jewellery design company next door to lovisa, she was drawn into the store by a beautiful cluster ring marked, R106950 down to R19000 odd, the sales lady advised its a week ends special, she told us about the diamonds and gold and my mom said ok she wants it, we explained her market link investment account and explained we are more than willing to pay a deposit to secure her purchase, the sales lady said she needs to ask what amount is needed, she enquired by Linda her superior and she advised she can't because its the only one left but I explained that we will definitely take, she then looked at the price ticket that was beneath the ring very puzzled, she then said no no its incorrect, the sales lady said I don't know I'm following the display ticket, she said no its wrong. I said I know my rights and with NCA act a customer should pay the advertised price, she flatly refused. I asked if perhaps we could negotiate a better price than the R49000 odd and she said no. I asked for the owners name and she said outright why do you want to report me and I said no I genuinely love the ring and want to come to some better price agreement, she said he's out and will be in later, I said and she agreed she is very lucky we are fair otherwise she would be in very big trouble. I left my contact details for the owner to call. After lunch we went back to view something else in the window that caught my eye, before I could even say a word another sales lady said the ring is sold, her customer just bought it for the Amount of R49 k directly after we left. She must be psychic as the first time we saw the ring she wasn't in the store. She explained they can try get another ring but can't promise, so we said yes at the advertised price, she said do you have 20k mocking my intelligence and ability to purchase the item because she was told we don't have it., but the ring is sold. I told the sales lady I do not believe its sold its a construed story to what in there minds will prevent a problem. I am disgusted I was sold the idea of a ring marked down to 19k its just for this weekend special to find out its not tangible, I am livid at the service recieved </p>
