I bought a white gold tension ring with diamond in 2015 at JDC in Centurion branch. They issue me a evaluation certificate to the value of R14990. In January 2019 the ring got ******. The insurance company want to replace the ring to a value of R10500 according to the specifications on the evaluation certificate. Please do not buy any jewellery from JDC as they issue you an overstated evaluation certificate and you will pay your insurance according to that amount but it will NOT be replaced by the amount on the evaluation certificate. JDC are *******. I have spoken to Tumi at the Fourways branch as the Centurion branch is useless. And even Tumi cannot give me a price according to the evaluation certificate issue in 2015. Please re-evaluate all jewellery bought at JDC as the evaluation certificates are not correct what they issue.
